Candidates Prepare for Behavioral Interviews

There is another new trend among young job candidates, according to our high-tech clients. It seems that students called back for in-firm interviews now ask recruiters, "Will I be having any behavioral interviews?"

This suggests that students have now learned to expect these questions and merely want to budget their time accordingly. However, knowing the style and questioning techniques used in an interview can also give candidates an opportunity to prepare answers that may be deceptive. This should serve as a wake-up call for interviewers who haven't added more current techniques to their repertoire.
